How does verification work?
Our team visits every provider in person and checks staff credentials (nurse registration, doctor MCI numbers) before they go live on the app.
Do I pay anything through the app?
No. Ammayum Kunjum is free for mothers to use. When you're ready to reserve, you work out payment directly with the provider — nothing passes through us.
Can I visit before reserving?
Yes — and we recommend it. Every listing in the app has a "schedule a visit" button. Most providers offer free tours so you can see the room and meet the staff.
What if my pregnancy changes and I need to cancel?
Pregnancy is unpredictable — we get it. You can cancel your reservation anytime through the app, and the provider will work with you on the next steps.
Is the app available outside Kerala?
